Naz Consultancy Services provides online and home tuition for multiple subjects. We serve all cross UAE. These terms and conditions are between Naz Consultancy and the parents or any persons who avail our services on the behalf of their daughter/son/dependant.

Precise definitions

● Courses - the courses and subjects listed on the site
● Course fees - the amount to be submitted by a student for enrolling into any course
● Tution - hourly online tuition
● Tutor - a professional who is working with Naz Consultancy Services and providing educational tutoring service
● One-to-one Tutoring - means maintaining a ratio of 1 child per tutor
● Group tutoring - a group of children
● Free demo - 1 hour free session that allows students to get some idea about our teaching process

General

These terms and conditions are an agreement as a whole between you and us. These terms and conditions shall be applicable from the date you begin with any form of tution with Naz Consultancy Services. In case you are not agreeing with these terms, please do not access our services, website or content. If you are still using this website or any service then, these terms and conditions are binding you and Naz Consultancy.

Our obligations

Prior to beginning with any service Naz Consultancy will -

● Ask you for confirmation during the conversation
● Carry out necessary assessment to suggest most suitable services
● Issue letter of confirmation that will list relevant hours, the time and date when service starts and terminates, relevant notice period etc.

Your Obligations

❖ Attaining maximum benefits from our services

Payment of fees

Once the process of registration is complete, a small fee will be applicable. This fee has to be mandatorily submitted regardless of whether any further service is booked or not. After selecting a service, you will incur a fee. You can confirm about the amount and type of fees at the time of registration. The payment terms may vary depending on the service selected by you. Cancellation, replacement and rearranging of lessons

Cancelling a service - In case you want to cancel or change a lesson, please drop a letter of confirmation via email. In case that the tutor intends to cancel a session, the students will be notified in advance.

Rearranging lessons - Apart from holiday commitments, if there is any change in program then student or tutor must give a reasonable notice to each other. If Naz Consultancy was unable to deliver scheduled lessons to the student then the student will be entitled to a full refund.

Replacement of tutors – In case your regular tutor is unavailable, we can provide you with an alternative tutor. Naz Consultancy will inform you in advance regarding any such situation. You will have the option of either going for a substitution or receiving a refund.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund only when Naz Consultancy Services failed to deliver a lecture at scheduled time of live classes or the tutoring session could not get completed due to any reason. In case the tutor was absent due to any reason, the student can ask for a refund or set another appointment time for the session. Refund fees can be claimed within 3 days. The details of such sessions has to be shared after which our administrators will look into the matter.

Restrictions regarding use of site content

Please do not copy or use the content posted on the website of Naz Consultancy Services. Do not copy any material, extract data unless and until authorized by the management of Naz Consultancy Services under separate written agreement. We can take necessary legal action if someone is found violating these terms and conditions. As discussed, any material from the service section should not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, republished, transported or distributed in any form unless written permission is obtained from Naz Consultancy Services.

Service modifications

The management of Naz Consultancy reserves the right to modify, supplement, discontinue or update any service. The fees structure, general rules can be changed anytime as per discretion of Naz Consultancy. We continuously modify our services and sometimes changes are not immediately updated in terms and condition section. Hence, we accept no responsibility.

Tutors at Naz Consultancy

Prior to appointing any tutor, we carry out necessary evaluation of tutors to conclude whether they are suitable to provide live classes or not while using our platform.
